How do I ship my quilt?
The USPS will provide you with a free box to use if you ship it via
Priority Mail. Wrap the quilt gently in plastic, then place it in a
box that's big enough not to squish the quilt.
Fill out the
form,
print it, and mail it along with your quilt.
What do I need to do to prepare my quilt for
shipping to you? If you're going to provide
backing, it must be 4" larger on all sides. Other than that, do
nothing! Just ship it!
What can I expect after I ship my quilt?
Artie, your machine quilting artisan, will call you to go over the
requirements of your quilt, including quilting style, batting and
backing needs. If needed, she'll provide an estimate at that time.
How long does it usually take to complete my
quilt?
About 4 to 6 weeks. Please
contact us to ask about
turnaround time before sending your quilt for a rush job.
Why don't you have a satisfaction guaranteed
policy?
One reason is because we could never place a value on a quilt
lovingly handmade by you. The other is because, quite simply, we've
never had to deal with anyone that wasn't satisfied. We're proud to
say that everyone is remarkably happy with the results!
What makes your machine quilting so special?
Artie has been machine quilting for more than 15 years. She has a
special technique that she can use to give your quilt the ultimate
custom quilting job. Ask her about it!
